    This is actually the most elegant workaround. I like to use Quick Access to turn-off USB charging and disabling it's startup task would interfere with the program. Also deleting/modifying the image file is actually something which works without error. I was thinking of going into the registry before but had no idea where the key might be located. Thank you.
