why does the fan run at full speed when the system first boots up nitro 5

my nitro 5 (cpu) fan always run full speed when first boot up when i restart my laptop its normal again, idk what the problem, anyone can help me pls
spec: intel i5 9300h, gtx 10503gb, ram 8 gb, bios version 1.05

    That's quite normal, on the first boot, everything has to be opened, signed up and everything has to be set up, for the first few seconds the CPU isn't idle to do the same. Then it should drop down after everything is loaded up. 
    If you still have concerns, open task manager and check what programs are being loaded at boot, disable any unwanted applications which have a high load on boot time.
