according to the website, there is no mention of whats been fixed.
this is valuable to know whether if the change is critical or if its worth the hassle to update the firmware.

I have Triton 500 PT515-51 and installed 1.08 version of BIOS. It was on 1.05 when i received it. There is no difference as per my notice. Installing a BIOS is always a risky move. Better wait for major update to take that risk.

I know its been almost a year since this thread was created, but I've been having problems with my Triton 500 pt515-51 and would like to know if a bios update would help in fixing it.
My laptop has a black screen issue where the screen would turn off or go black either during a game, or after its been put to sleep with no way of turning back on. The fans, keyboard back light, and side LED's will be on, but the display itself wont turn on. I tried updating the drivers via acer and through intel's own website but the issue persists. I had the idea that maybe the bios was acting up since all the posts i've come across with the similar issue say to update the bios or any and all drivers. I'm running bios version 1.05, but haven noticed that it hasn't been updated to the latest 1.13 version of March 10th, 2020. Would it be safe to just update to from 1.05 to 1.13? or would would it be safer to update chronologically from 1.05 to 1.06 etc... to the latest udpate?

UNLESS the BIOS installation instruction tells you that you need a certain minimum BIOS version before installing a specific BIOS, you can install directly to 1.13.
