Hi to everyone,
I need your need. I'd upgraded my ram of E14 (Core i5-5200U, Intel HD Graphics 5500 with 4 Gb DDR3 L memory) with 2 Kingston 8GB DDR3 L 1600 Mhz. After that, When I'm playing some videos games my pc is turning slow and, the major time, he's lagging too much. What can I do to repair this problem ?

Thanks for any advice!

i am not quite sure but try to use each 8 ga=b  ram separately maybe one ram stick is faulty or also try using ram in both slot separately also in cause ram slot is fault if everything is fine then try pairing 4 gb and 8 gb together sorry i am not expert and this process is kind of long too. try some other form if anyone else is having same issue and check ram review if you bought it online if other people have same issue. it's really rare to have faulty ram. and also clean ram slot also
and use the memory diagnostic tool when both 8 gb ram are in laptop

start with ram diagnostic then try other thing

well bro did you laptop lagged before upgrade in same game. if not then try again with old ram if still the same issue. or that game you are trying to play is too heavy for laptop to handle try lowering some game setting. i check your cpu spec is ram compatible with your cpu.

Hi @pulkitking24, thanks for your question. Let me reply you:

The game need (based on their principal specs) at less 4 GB RAM and Inter Core 2 Duo or AMD x64 4000+. I reduced the minimum configurations of the game and, was the same, even worse in different moments. I saw something to configure the use of RAM as "independent" directly to the BIOS but, I don't know. Also (and finally) I make the prove with just one 8 GB Kingston card, and, was better. So, I don't know if these connections between both ram has some impact.

    Thanks you again!

Hi Pulkitking24, I've some news about my case. To resume you, I've check the hard disk integrity and ram diagnostic with your page. I found nothing but, I saw something. I've been with windows 8.1 since 2017 so, I'd decided to format my computer and install the Windows 10 Home Single Edition 64-bit. I'd updated all the drivers and I found the trouble (I guest) the bios was not updated. I updated my bios using the ACER support files and, that's! No lag and space cleaned.
So, thanks a lot for your help.
