My audio isn't working Aspire 3,

So I've had this problem for quite a while and I have no idea why. I've seen multiple articles about how to fix it but none has worked so far.
I have an Acer Aspire 3, and the audio just stopped working one day.
I've tried removing and re-installing the audio drivers and nothing happened. I've used the troubleshoot function multiple times where it recognized something was wrong but was unable to do anything about it. And I've tried removing the audio drivers and restarting the computer which re-installed the drivers automatically. That's all the solutions I've come by and none has worked on my computer.

Go to Acer's support website, enter your precise computer model number and then download the realtek audio driver.0

You need to install the driver using the installer exe and also you need to install the realtek audio console.0

I dont want to re-install my windows because I have a lot of valuable files on this computer. I cant copy them to a USB drive.
