I bought this laptop last November for black friday, and it's always occasionally randomly reset. It was rare enough that I didn't mind, but recently it started getting much worse. It'll reset itself several times a day, when playing a game, watching a video, or even just browsing chrome. My laptop is sitting at 49C just sitting here with only chrome and discord open, sitting in a 25C room. I think it might be temperature related, as sometimes the temp goes as high as 60C just idling, or 85C+ while gaming. But it didn't used to be that bad, and all vents are clean on a flat open surface.

I'm thinking I might need to escalate this to the standard warranty because I have only had this less than 1 year. I'm interested in other insight before I pursue that.

Update: laptop crashed not long after posting this. I had checked  the temps predatorsense just seconds before, and the cpu temp was at 70C, while the gpu temp was at 45C. So I do not think it's temperature related. At the time of the crash, I had been playing a very light non-resource intensive game, and the exact second of crash was the frame that a new cutscene was starting, if that helps anything.

Also: If I do want to elevate this to a trouble ticket and take it in somewhere to be looked at, how can I go about doing that? I couldn't find that on the acer site.

BGreg get bluescreen viewer and see (in case u had a bsod) whats exactly causing it if youre not getting any bsod  i suggest you to contact acer support from your own country ( you have the contacts in the support contact page) and send it to get it checked because your temps seem to be just fine might even be a latest windows update causing it  you could try a stock recovery clean install to rule out any software issues ALT+F10 on boot but if u do so make sure to backup whatever u need first and no this community its not an acer direct support channel we are only here voluntarily on our own time to help in the best way we can we arent acer employees this is a user peer to peer help only good luck :)

Also are u undervolting it sometimes too much undervolt causes freezes/crashes even without any bsod but that should instantly freeze/crash on boot you would be in a endless boot loop which doesnt seem to be the case either
