ASPIRE died after one year hard drive replaced;less than 2 years after purchase completely quit!

I purchased my acer aspire approximately 2 years ago this Christmas; 1 year ago the hard drive had to be replaced;last week it would not  power on, the electronics store advised me not to buy a new battery because it should have run off the electric cable; they even tried one of their acer cables and NO POWER; I won't be replacing this ACER with an ACER; I'd like them to know but can't seem to find communication info with this company unless I'm willing to pay for technical support; FYI all fellow acer owners buy that extended warranty for this has been a trully unreliable product!

    What is the question? Are you trying to find a battery for the unit?

    I also had to have my hard drive replaced after only 8 months.  Today I tried to turn on my computer and all there is is a little blue light next to a picture of a light bulb that flashes.  Nothing comes on.  No other lights.  I tried to use the chat function to ask about this but since its no longer under warranty I can't.  I also tried to email a question but also can't do that since the warranty is up.  I also do not qualify for free phone support.  I'm very frustrated with this!
