my an515-42 keeps freezing, as in my screen and the whole system keeps freezing every 3 minutes or so. and then there are also times when it just freezes, cant do anything about the freeze but to force restart. So I did force restart my laptop, then my laptop goes crazy. Black screen, keyboard light on and off as well as my light indicators. Then luckily, it turns up and it says press y to reset fTPM or N for something else, i forgot im sorry. then i pressed y then it goes crazy again.
And then another luck, i have opened my laptop. It booted and i thought its fixed already, but the freezing keeps on going. One thing i found out is that, my laptop does not read my RX 560x GPU. heres how i found it out

I cant also seem to see other gpu option over my radeon settings, as well as my temp of my rx 560x. is this the problem?
im trying to update my gpu today and i hope this fixes everything.
if you guys have things in mind, please do tell me what to do. I need my laptop for online classes
Thank you everyone!

Click on spoiler→SpoilerSounds like your balance might be off. Open the Sound applet from the Control Panel and click the Configure button for your default sound device. Then go to the Levels tab and click on the Balance button. Adjust the sliders so that the balance is even on both the left and right speakerswindows 10/11 optimization guide for gaming
