Assassins creed Orgins is not well optimized for PC
btw, i completed this game on nitro 5 RX560X in high settings(in high settings i got better fps, stable 40(8gb ram)
If you have 8GB ram then you will get limited FPS and system will bottleneck
Did you follow my guide completely?
Make sure in game settings V-sync, motion blur, adaptive/dynamic resolution is turn off

in addition, next part of this game assassins creed odyssey also not well optimized but with same engine and same pc specs this game run better then odyssey.
jedi fallen is well optimized and this game requirements is more then origins and may be more then odyssey

Make sure you optimized your settings in Amd/Nvidia software

Check if your temperature not going more than 90°C.
For more FPS and to  fix this follow my guide→ https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/917994#Comment_917994

and only few games stutters , like gta 5 and jedi fallen are running smoothly but assassins creed origins is having this weird lag

I don't know this will work or not, but you can try turn off the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in the Windows Graphics settings...
    Mine's work best with Off
