Bluetooth suddenly unavailable

Hi all!
I was using Photoshop earlier on my Predator Helios 300 (PH315-52) and suddenly got a blue screen of death. After some research I decided to update my drivers, but suddenly I'm unable to turn on bluetooth! The slider that should be there to turn it on or off is missing and Windows troubleshooting says my device does not support Bluetooth. I've tried downloading the bluetooth driver from Acer's website, but every time I do so an error appears saying 'This product cannot support downgrading from version 21.110.0.3 to version 21.110.0.3'. Can anyone help with this?

A simple first step and way to reactivate “Bluetooth” is by firstly trying to press F3 key or F3 or Fn keys together, if that doesn’t work then you reinstall the driver
