Acer Nitro 7 FPS Drops on CSGO

Hello, i Have a Nitro AN715-51 and it runs CSGO at a steady 200-250 FPS however at random moments it drops frames.

I have updated all Nvidia Drivers, I have set up the Graphics Card on the control panel, and of course it is plugged in and at 100% with all setting set to high performace, on windows, Nvidia Control Panel, and on the Game itself.

I though it may be the GPU going above 90 degrees but the nitro sense shows it has been on a steady 80 degrees all game.

To sum up, I have read all the posts here, adjusted everything I could from what Ive seen online, I get a nice 200-250 fps and at random moments it drops for a second or 2 about once per minute.

Any help would be appreciated.

It may be network lag
open cmd as administrator then type these commands one by one.

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

I have the same issue as well, also my CPU gets really hot. Almost 92 degrees and all my settings are medium.......

Also what settings u setup in control panel for the graphic card. Please share if possible.
I have i7 9th gen, 1650 and 16gb ram. What r ur specs? @Kubaaa
