Guys, on the other hand, I did everything I could find online but I did not fix my laptop properly. I hope someone can help because I don't have any more online class 😞 My laptop has a black screen after the acer logo. I have seen threads that have the same issue, they are solved but they did not share how they fixed it, I hope we do not get hurt if we know the Solution 😞 I saw someone reply that he fixed it It seems that this issue case he did not clarify how. @PINOYBLOGTECH please answer how you fixed it sir, I really need my laptop now 😞

    HI @TintinQt

Power resetting does a trick to fix the Acer black screen issue . Here’s how to do it:

    1. Turn off your laptop.
    2. Remove the AC adapter cablehard drives, the battery and any other attached peripheral devices.
    3. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds and release. Your laptop will boot up and turn off during this time period.
    4. Put your battery back in and plug the charger. Then don’t plug anything else.
    5. Press the Power button as normal to turn on your laptop.
