Hello i recently purchased this new acer nitro 7 series laptop from acer, i have to say that they improved cooling from acer nitro5 but that only affects the GPU.
It has 1660ti, and the max temperature even after hours of gaming get upto 70C max and usually sits around 60-65C for most of the time.

The main problem is with the CPU (i5 9300H), my CPU temps reaches crazy upto 95C as soon as i start gaming, and then i can see the CPU throttling and clock speed start dropping from 4ghz to like 3.5ghz after 95C.

Things i've tried to bring my CPU temp down.
1. Keeping laptop elevated using a book for better air flow.
2. Keeping fans at max rpm in nitro sense (around 6000).
3. Under volting cpu by -0.130V (This improved the throttling by keeping the CPU running at 3.8 - 3.9Ghz).
4. The last thing i can now try is replacing factory thermal paste with a better one, but the laptop is not even a month old.

By undervolting i can reduce throttling a little bit, but still my temps always sits above 92C while gaming and still reaches 95C often.

Is there any possible solution that could help me to keep my CPU cooler ? or acer just made their laptops like this only, that would heat up like crazy.

that's common with gaming laptops because it's in a tight space most times you can't fix it I've tried some of the things you have but I think it's just a drawback laptops have

So Will it affect the life of laptop in anyway ? 95C seems like it would end up in an year.
