New re-certified Acer Nitro 5 right out of the box and all I get are endless loops of the BSOD's. I have tried every option I know including reset, restore, repair, etc. I can't even do a new Windows install - it won't let me. This was a birthday present for my grandson and he is devastated - no happy birthday for him :(  Of course support is closed until Monday. Any thoughts or suggestions?

So after a number of hours I figured this out. It was a recertified laptop and it seems the Windows installer they put on it was corrupted. It failed straight out of the box. I completely cleaned and reset the PC - twice - with a fresh install of Windows and the problem persisted. I finally created a USB Windows installer and then had to do a custom install, but that "new" copy of Windows took and we are right as rain and my grandson is happily playing as I write this!
