Why do you need new BIOS if you have a driver problem?

I took it out of the box. I installed windows 10. Blue screen error occurs when Windows Update is updating.
I downloaded and installed the driver from AMD's website. It is still causing the Blue error.

There is no first BIOS on the product page.  why ?

I try everyhing.  I installed the display driver.(Windows Update + Manuel install (clean)  but It is still causing the Blue error.
    Hardware tests did not fail.
    Firmware update remains.

Blue Screen - Mini dump - error details :
    THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M
    IMAGE_NAME: dxgkrnl.sys

Because the model is too new and the BIOS is not uploaded yet. You should ask Acer support not here as we are users like you.

    Good !
    Firmware update remains.
What if the problem remains? How do you know that BIOS is the problem?

Did you tried the solutions from here? https://www.thewindowsclub.com/dxgkrnl-sys-blue-screen-death-error and here https://windowsreport.com/fix-atikmdag-sys-bsod/

Sorry here is not MS support! BTW all the dumps show  both atikmdag.sys and dxgkrnl.sys

Firtly, what are the full specs of your Nitro 5 AN515-44-R6ZW? As I can't find a Nitro 5 AN515-44 with a Ryzen CPU and Radeon GPU I can only find the specs for the Nitro 5 AN515-44-R5FT which came with a combination of an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H CPU paired with an Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 1650 Ti (AMD Ryzen 5 4600H 6 x 3 - 4 GHz, Renoir (Zen 2) CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Mobile - 4096 MB, Core: 1350 MHz, Memory: 1500 MHz, GDDR6, ForceWare 446.14, Optimus GPU) so and if that is the case, then you are installing the wrong GPU driver hence and why you are getting BSOD blue screens!

Otherwise, find out the exact AMD GPU that is in your Nitro 5 AN515-44-R6ZW and download the newest and exact driver directly from the AMD site and the appropriate AMD graphics driver e.g. Radeon RXxxxxM for the Nitro 5 AN515-44-R6ZW and don’t install the Acer AMD driver version 19.40.42.01, try that and if that doesn’t work? Get Acer Service to fix your problem seeing that it’s a new laptop?
