Questions about V3-771G-9809 / SSD

Hello
I'm considering purchasing a new laptop- the V3-771G-9809. I would like to install a new SSD as the primary boot drive in place of the 1 TB HDD it comes with (clearing the HDD and using it for backup). I have a few questions about this.
Does Acer by any chance sell these laptops with any custom parts/options? I see virtually no options on the store to configurations. I'm assuming the answer is no, but doesnt hurt to ask. If it could come with an SSD instead of buying seperately, it would save time.
As the HDD comes with Windows 8 preinstalled, what steps must I take to install Windows, either 7 or 8, on a new SSD? Does Acer provide a Windows CD with the computer for reinstalling, or would that cost extra ($19.99 from what I'm lead to believe) or not at all, ie I must acquire an OS myself?
From what I've read, BIOS must set to legacy mode through windows 8, or else when I clear W8 I brick it and cant install W7, are there any instructions for this, or warnings?
And lastly, what parts of the warranty or all of it are voided by installing my own SSD and OS? Assuming I get the standard 1 year warranty with 90 days on parts as in the Acer store with no upgrades.

Thanks for any help! I've found there to be no free way to contact a representative via phone for such questions.

Aye but there are no good packages with an SSD- that one has an SSD not even large enough for windows, half the GPU and RAM and a smaller hard drive yet costs $300 more. For that
price, I can install a top of the line 256 GB SSD in the 771G-9809. Thanks though

I have a V3-9441 and it had an empty mSATA slot which now has a 256gig device in it.  $179 from NewEgg about a month ago.

Its the stuff that comes inbetween staring at a laptop in a box + clean ssd in a box, and having that SSD as the windows 7 boot drive inside the laptop, that worries me. From what I understand, its not a simple process
