I purchased the Acer Aspire 330 which advertised a 2tb hard drive, when I got it home and connected everything up the hard drive was only 1 tb. Am I missing something?, please advise.

You should get the advertisement and take it to where you bought your Acer Aspire 330 and show them (if they advertised this laptop with 2TB?) as it’s a bit hard to imagine a laptop coming with 2TB OEM storage from Acer, its usually 1TB. That add must have been a special by a retailer that he provided and its not an Acer OEM option across the board.

I think there could be a misprint on that sticker @Gleed, I just looked up that model online and it seems to be advertised as coming with a 1 TB hard drive.
Was that sticker in the box? Or maybe in the shop where you bought it? Because if that's the case you can probably return the unit, after all you would have bought it expecting something else. If it is in the unit itself, but not visible until unboxed there's nothing much to do, I would treat it as an erratum.0 -
