Nitro 5 keyboard input problem at some keys

I just got a 2019 Nitro 5, but I noticed that some keys (letters, numbers, arrows etc.) does not accept input when pressed at bottom or side edges of a key. Especially at the bottom edges. On the other hand some other keys take the input clearly, however I press (backspace, "," , numpad numbers). I first noticed it in Bios with arrow keys so I think it is an hardware issue. Has anyone experienced something like  that?

when i got a brand new ACER NITRO 5 2019 my F9 key just fell off ... yes just came of .
i was was paranoid that if the key is't good then something else might be bad too.
but later after some research i found out that acer nitro 2017-2019 have very bad keyboard .

my backspace also get stuck sometimes and if i press hard it *CLICKS* and i was worried about it too but i got used to it .

PROBLEM is that the actual physical key is just a small rubber piece at the centre soo some large keys like shift or space bar dont recognise the key
and some keys like my W A S D needs me to push soo hard to even get registered .

its just some thing acer did wrong on this laptop but we cant complain at that price .

I see. I just tried out a similar nitro 5 model at a shop and its keyboard was quite functional, so definitely sth wrong with mine. I will return this.

Did you get this resolved?  I have a new Nitro that does the same thing. It's fine as long as I hit the keys head on but if I only hit them on the lower side, it may not respond - mostly does not.
