Yesterday it just turned off by itself. I turn it on and after a while it turned off by itself again, it has been doing that every some minutes. Battery seems ok, it turns off connected or disconnected to the charger. I already tried resetting the battery with the back reset button and didn't work. I took of the back panel and disconnected the battery and connected it again and won't fix the problem. Bios is the last one. in other threads they mention a button on the back behind the memory panel but this motherboard does not have that button. Laptop doesn't seem overheating. It shut downs at random times, while using it or while not using it.
It's the second big issue with this acer, the first one was the build in keyboard suddenly stopped working now I have to use an USB one. But this one makes it unusable. Any help? Maybe someone was able to fix it.

Could this possible be because of the hard drive? It seems to work ok, no lagging or data losses or any signs. But it's worth asking.

Checked battery and hard drive with acer care center and shows it's good... So I have no clue, it might be hardware but I can't find what's the problem.

This is the event details of the error it shows after the shut down. Seems like a power failure. But battery and chargers work correctly, I checked those

After this, the laptop suspended by itself after using it for a while (it was lagging the whole time) then I woke it up by pressing the power button and it functioned fine (no lag) then I left it charge to 100% and afterwards turned it off by going to start menu and shutting down. Then at 5am it turned on by itself with the acer logo and proceeded to update some windows thing before going to log in screen. After that I selected shut down and close the lid to maybe stop it from starting up again by itself and it hasn't turned on by itself. Any help what's causing this?. I read online that this acer is faulty and has an issue with the Intel UHD graphics conflicting with the power settings which causes failures turning on, off, suspending, waking up, etc. Issues that this laptop has had since day 1 but it didn't stop it from working. Any help?
