something is wrong with my acer iconia one 10 tablet b3-a40

My acer tablet (iconia one 10) won't turn one when ever its fully charged i try to turn it on it blinks then goes red.

    I believe the red light it trying to say the battery is bad. :( Try pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds or longer then release and turn on normally. If that gets you back things were just confused. If that doesn't do it let us know which model it is (something like A3-820-xxxx) and we'll dig in deeper.

    its didn't work it's doing the same thing over and over again also what's does a model mean and how do I locate it thanks

    There should be a sticker n the tablet with the model number and serial number. We only need to know which model it is...

    There are two base models lines for the B3-A40, the B3-A40 and B3-A40FHD. I'm going to guess you have the former. I believe yours came with Android 7.0 and it looks like there were a couple of updates release. The downloading it and going to 'install from SD card' route to see if the OS image is just corrupted.
