Nitrosense is not showing GPU usage Nvidia control panel is not opening.

I have Acer Nitro 5 8th Gen Core i5 1050ti AN515-52
Recently I noticed that Nitrosense is not showing GPU usage
and also when I open Nvidia control panel it shows me this window
There is one more problem , whenever I work on adobe Photoshop or marvelous 9 , just after running few minutes, this appears on the screen.
I have no idea what is wrong , desperately seeking your help.

I have installed predator sense it showing GPU usage fine, but i don't think that it can read temprature above 88°c.
Before installing predator sense my cpu temprature reaches to 98°c but after installing predator sense it reads maximum temprature 88°c.
