I recently purchased an acer v5-571P-6866 and I've used it for barely 1month. Everything was working fine until suddenly I turned on my computer from a hibernate state and I see "no operating system found" error on my screen! After that, anytime I shut down or restart I get that message! I have tried F2 and reset BIOS to defaults but I still get that error. What do I do?? Please help me

Try to use the restore to factory settings option by pressing the F8 key ( if I remember correctly) when you see the "press F2 to enter BIOS" message just after switching on the machine...you should then come to a page with two options for resetting the machine to factory default settings.

(if it is not the F8 key,it is F9 key)

Thank you very much. I already used to Acer Recovery manager to refresh my system, it uninstalled all d apps I installed from CD or web, and restored the computer back to factory setting, I had to start installing all my apps again *phew* but I didn't loose my files though. For now I'м glad to say it has stopped. I pray it doesn't happen again, ill remember the solution you've provided me with just incase, thank you very much
