Since i updated my driver (i think the integrated graphics card driver) my touchpad start not working in advance mode i try to switch it to basic mode and its working but advance mode is more comfortable to use can someone help me?
edit: i also think its becuase of my gaming mouse when i connect it for the first time after many hours when i try to use my touchpad its not working

Does the same problem occur when restarting the battery?What is the version of the bios? Have you tried to press f7 or fn + f7? Also, have you already disabled this option?

My bios version is 1.22 and also i try the fn+f7 or f7 and try to reset the battery but still its not working and i try to install the serial io driver but its say fatal error
edit: i dont know how to reply so i try to click the yes but i dont know how to undo

Download Serial IO driver, then go to Device manager, expand System Devices, right click Intel Serial IO I2C Host controller, select Properties and go to Driver tab, uninstall the driver and install downloaded driver.
