Hi, I have a new Acer Nitro 5 latop. I noticed during playing game, that my battery LED is red, which means it is being charged. How is it possible that laptop use battery while connected to AC power
After i turn the game off, battery is charging for some time. Is it normal ?

Very normal - called hybird power utilization. There are multiple threads on these forums on these. When systems pulls more power than what the power supply can supply it pulls in the additional needed power from battery. And this too happens in intervals - no game tends to pull 100% power at 100% of times.

It is weird to me, never had such thing on any other laptop. Strange that supplied power supply cant give enough power.
    Anyway, thank You for explanation.

It is a way of optimizing power - in most countries power is a valuable resource that costs significantly. For example, one of my models - G3-572 2017, comes with 180W charger in the US while in the Asia Pacific regions it comes with 135W charger. This is necessary to keep running costs low and unless a person is playing heavy games on the laptop almost all the time it doesn't make sense upgrading to the 180W charger.
All these started since the laptops too went the line of phones - batteries becoming non replaceable by user.
