My charging adapter getting too while gaming or neural network training

I'm using my Acer nitro 5 An515-52 last 7 months. I didn't feel any problem of adapter heat. But now when I play games while charging the adapter get too is that ok or should I just replace my charging adapter.
Note: I didn't feel that last 7 months that was little warm while gaming too.

I mean the room temp, it it is over 25C then the charger would be hotter than usual, but that`s not an issue.Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.
