    Hi everybody
Its an old topic but still relevant for me, because in 2020 I finally want to upgrade my old aspire;)
Does anyone upgraded the v5-573g successfully to 12GB and can recommend a ram-module?
And what about the thing you sometimes hear that ram-modules of different sizes (here 4 + 8GB) slow down the system? Did this occur to you?
    Thanks so much

The suggested max ram for your V5-573G is 12GB it has 1x slot (1 bank of 1) and comes with OEM ram of 6GB total with 4GB non-removable or internal ram. In saying this you can add 1x 8GB stick of 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM or even 1 x 8 GB stick of DDR3L DDR3-1866 SODIMM which I have done very successfully to one of my laptops a V3-571G and it works perfectly. See the captions below of the CPUz of the V3-571G.
