open task manager and see what is guzzling your CPU. go to datails tab and click on CPU, order by cpu use.

or maybe your battery will reach full potential after few cycles.

or, open the CMD as administrator and and insert "powercfg /energy", without quote. then post the output here.

Thank very much for your support. As you said "my battery will reach to its full potential after few cycles". Problem solved.. Now it is running with its full potential after few cycle.

    be welcome
and keep in mind one thing, as you are a laptop user.
weather the manufacturer say the battery life is 10 or 2 hours, it does not matter,  cause are all kind of variable that take place. and eventually, the battery will be worn after 3-4 years.
the most important thing is to not have background parasite processes that eats cpu percentage. that is why, from time to time, keep an eye on task manager and watch the processes.  on idle, you should have 1-2% and the cpu at a lower freq state. if you smell something suspect, google it. usually it is windows checking for update or windows defender scanning (nothing to worry about these).

    hello

I am also facing the same problem and as you said to go to cmd and other steps I found something bad

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg /energy

thanx! as far as i can see, i can't see any issue.
that errors are due to the fact that you probably disabled computer sleep. have you done that?

what is the cpu usage while doing noting at the pc, with all the apps closed? did the cpu lowers the freq and percentage?

On the idol state, CPU uses varies from 2% to 10%, Windows SQL server NT generally varies from 0.2% to 5% and the same as windows audio graph isolation.
and As you have said, on issues in my PC, then it implies that battery has defected?

maybe you will have to wait a few weeks that the battery to reach its full potential. make a few cycle of full discharge.

but keep in mind, the battery life that is mentioned by manufacturer is like fuel consumption. it heavily vary upon utilization.
  • Also try to activate the energy saving mode and also activate the battery saving from 100%. Decrease the display brightness and disable bluetooth.

i have seen that, i do not see any issue. especially you told me that cpu is 2-10% on idle. although, it would be nice to stay flat as close as possible to 0%. you can go to details tab in task manager, click o cpu and watch the processes in cpu order.
also, you can check settings-battery- battery usage by app
