how do i redeem or get the PUBG code that i've got it as an offer while buying the acer predator ?

I'm not able to get the PUBG code which was told as an free offer for buying the laptop, so if any of you have got to know on how to redeem it, please help !

    sagar0407 you should contact the seller where you bought the laptop from or even sometimes its the gpu manufacturer offering those deals unfortunately this community its not an acer support direct channel in any way we are not acer employees we are just normal users like you that are here voluntarily to help to troubleshoot any issues the best way we can.

    In case this promo its a official acer promo from your own country you should contact acer support directly and ask them about it if its not official from acer contact the seller/shop good luck

    i purchaed a new acer predator helios 300 on 1st august 2020, til now i have not received and mail from acer regarding the free pubg code,adp,extended warranty,and rainbow six siege gold edition, i haave also mailed the twice but no reply has been initiated fro their side.
    can anyone tell me how many days it took for them to recieve the mail from the date of purchase,i had ordered the laptop straight from the acer store.
