Acer Predator Helios 300 Killer Control Center Problem

I purchased an Acer Predator Helios 300 approximately a few hours ago. As I was installing updates for windows my laptop rebooted and now the message "issue detected please go to killernetworking.com to download latest software/drivers. Please help!

    The notice is pretty simple “"issue detected please go to killernetworking.com to download latest software/drivers” which is what you have to do. Download the latest Killer Software Package for Windows 10 1803+ version 2.2.1471 dated June 19, 2020 from here: https://support.killernetworking.com/download/killer-software-package-windows-10-1803/ and uninstall your previous version of Killer and install this latest version, simple

    When I try to download this and install it I get an error saying that I cannot.

    did you uninstall the previous version first before the install

    depthcontrol remove the previous drivers completely with an uninstaller software like youruninstaller or similar then try again and disable windows from updating drivers/firmware or even completely windows updates are a nightmare they cause more problems than they solve its a fact choice is yours
