Will resetting to factory settings(full disk cleanup) keep the factory undervolt in predator 2019 ?

I got my laptop 5 days back and i had been tweaking with the undervolt settings using intel xtu to keep temps in check. But i saw xtu automatically changing some power values and also the undervolt from -125mv to 0 . This got me concerned and i decided to uninstall xtu. But still xtu file in intel folder remains and i cant delete it. So i was wondering if a complete factory reset would delete xtu and return all other values including the factory undervolt to same ... Please help

Hi! The laptop is undervolted out of the box and I'm quite sure that resetting the laptop keeps the undervolt.

I am pretty sure that xtu service is the service used for the undervolting. Also, when you reset, make sure you download all drivers and programs (like predatorsense) for your laptop for max stability and performance
