    Hi...

If you are using Windows 8, try the below steps:

Press the Windows key + C key. Click on Settings.

    Click on Change PC Settings.

    Select 'Wireless'.

You can now change the Bluetooth setting to On or Off.

Then try to connect the Bluetooth device.

In case you are using Windows 8.1, try this:

Press the Windows key + C key. Click on Settings.

    Click on Change PC Settings.

    Click on PC and Devices.

    Then enable the Bluetooth.

Tried that but the problem is no bluetooth setting available even inside the device manager.

Anyway...checked the usb controller (inside the device manager) and noticed one of it was disable (something intel(R) something....)

Enabled it and BAMM! my bluetooth back to normal.

    Weird.

I know this is an old thread but Kukoda's solution fixed my problem. After formatting my laptop, both my webcam and Bluetooth died. Reinstalled my drivers several times but it was useless. Found a hidden 'Intel something something' item under USB controllers in Device Manager, enabled it and both problems were fixed!
