Anyone else with a Triton 500 PT515-51-75BH having Nvidia chipset not detected?

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nvidia drivers. Driver installer says that the driver is incompatible with this version of windows, and that no compatible Nvidia chipset is detected. Possibly due to a Windows update?

Thanks! Tried to download the drivers from NVIDIA but when it installed, it complained that the driver was not compatible with my version of Windows and that there was no NVIDIA chipset found. Turns out it was something to do with a Windows update. Had to use the battery reset hole with a paper clip. After that, the driver installed and the chipset showed up.
