Hello All

I hoping to get some help with my G3-710 skipping the splash screen at bootup. If I spam the enter BISO key I only get a black screen. If I try to enter BIOS from windows recovery I get a black screen. Otherwise the system boots normally

I have 2x Samsung SyncMaster 2443. I have tried all available connection types, DVI, HDMI and Display Port (via an Displayport to DVI adapter) Monitor 1 will show a black screen and  will switch between analogue/digital until the windows login displays

I have disabled fast boot from inside windows 10.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 driver version 23.21.13.8792  6/10/2017

Im going to try update any frimware and drivers now, but I do remember see the predator splash screen before.

any help much appreciated

Can you access the bios when you connect the monitor to these hdmi ports?

    Thanks heaps for the reply!

Currently I get no display when using those 2 ports (1x HDMI and 1x Display Port)

Perhaps they need enabling from windows?

Likely the BIOS screen is coming up, but at 640x480 or 800x600 and the monitor won't go that low. Do you have access to and older monitor to try?

Yeah, usually the DVI monitors support those lower resolutions...
