Acer Swift 3 - SF314-57G-56JY temperature and fans

Good day,
I bought SF314-57G-56JY about a month ago and now i have some troubles with it
1. Fans.
I was amazed how quiet and fast this laptop is. However...
One day it started to make some noises: obviously that was fans. They don't make loud sounds, like something really wrong, but they never stop as I start laptop in a warm room. It's okay to use notebook in classrooms, office, because noise mix with enviroment, nevertheless, i can hear fans while watching films at night or just sitting in a quiet room. That's not okay. I don't think that laptop already has pumped dust inside (i use it about 1 month), so the problem is kinds deeper.
Attempts:
a) Swift users advised to balance processor power management, i tried this trick too. No result. Cooling system in settings is "passive" on battery. Fans still working like under the load (not very loud), but laptop stopped to heat.
b) Usage of CP (not using programms) flucuates, but not higher than 15%. RAM usage (not using anything) is about 50%.
Checked processes - ***** its all about svchost. Scanned for viruses by Kaspersky - nothing. СИСТЕМА = System. Any assumptions?
c) Tried install Intel XTU to try undervolting and maybe slow fans, but my i5-1035G1 doesn't support XTU. I found some installing trick with DISABLEPLATFORMCHECK=1 - it does not work too (this guide is for older version, even i optimised it to newer one).
d) Some users advise to update BIOS. Do you have any guides? Intel/Acer (even users) sites say that can harm system, like BSODs etc.
Only thing i understand - that cooling system is attached to CPU and GPU temperatures. I noticed that "cold" laptop (when I come home from a cold street) dont start fans for 8-10 mins. That's all i got.
May be i can turn off binding cooler and CPU? Any other suggestions?

AIDA shows ~28-40 C* CPU not using programmes. Using by battery it never heats a lot, when charging laptop - it heats pretty well
Honestly i can't remember, when it was exactly. I updated windows 2 weeks ago, noticed always running fans about week ago0 -

Restored, no result. I had thoughts maybe it could be helpful to renew thermopaste or something like that. Do you have any other suggestions ? (using OS, not going inside laptop)0

Noticed that at the beggining using of notebook it tested fans as acer logo shown up: short 'test-blow" like at max power, then it was turning quiet until i load it with apps.
Now there is no "test-blow", fans is absolutely silent for 1 minute precisely, only then they start and dont stop.0 -

Have you fixed your problem ? I have one acer a715-74g-73qx and verified that every time the screen saver turns on the cooler keeps very loud . When the screen saver turns off, the cooler keep more quiet0

@he02 you should start your own thread for this problem, since you have a different model than the original poster. Be sure you give the full model number (as you did here), describe the problem and what you've tried so far to resolve it. What screensaver are you running? The G models have discrete graphics so there's more heat when doing something graphic intensive, and that might be what you're seeing.

My problem is not fan noise, but the temperature. Right after start it is between 45-55 degree Celsius. And if i run an average game (pubg mostly) it reaches 70 even while using a cooling pad with two fans running right beneath the vents.
I have updated BIOS to latest, tried undervolting (at -60mV , below that it crashes often).0 -
