Before starting high loads, battery should be near 100% charged and plugged in for maximum game time. If this still is a problem, you need a higher power charger to keep up with charging the battery and supply power to the CPU/GPU. Jack E/NJ

Do you have the 45watt (2.37 ampere) or 65watt(3.42 ampere) charger? Jack E/NJ

Your system is acting normally. This suggests during heavy gameplay that the CPU/GPU and other system hardware are sometimes using more than the maximum 65 watts output of the charger. The amount over 65 watts is automatically supplied by the battery. Thus the battery is NOT charging during this time of high power usage above 65 watts. There's nothing wrong with your system. so you suggest that i should replace charger that is 65 watts?

Sorry, not recommended. Because you would then risk CPU/GPU overheating and throttling behavior. The vents, thermal modules & fans are not like those found in gaming laptops(predators & nitros) that are better suited to higher power adapters and bigger batteries. Laptops in general are harder to cool than desktops so even these gaming laptops often have overheating issues if pushed too hard.   Jack E/NJ

so what would be the best solution for this problem?

The best you can do for maximum game time with this particular model is to charge battery to 100% before starting heavy gaming. If you're still not satisfied, then you can  try a 90-watt charger but at your own risk of overheating and possibly damaging the laptop. Jack E/NJ
