Connects via a wireless connection to the Comcast Router. Tested on a different router - same issue.
When going into Network & Sharing to troubleshoot - does not fix problem!
When in Network connections and right click to enable, does not fix problem.
Reset laptop and router, no change
Any help, direction or ideas?

Bring up Network and Sharing Center to look to see if it's listed in Active Networks when the cable is connected. If it is click on it and then click the Details button and capture the resulting window for me. If it's not listed in Active Networks, click the Change Adapter Settings link and capture that window for me.
