Helios 300 - High Temperatures

So I've seen already a lot of threads here talking about the overheating problems with the Acer Predator Helios 300 and I've followed all of their solutions like undervolting on Throttlestop or on XTU but I still manage to hit temperatures like 70-80, Undervolting may have solved the problem for me for temperature-wise since I used to get 80-90 before but I still get Thermal Throttling and the pc itself crashes whenever I use a Recording Software or just use Adobe Photoshop.

I don't really play much games on this pc since I don't really have much of interest but I just want to be able to record or live stream on Adobe Photoshop but yet when I do so I get temperatures hitting over 75-85, Also I haven't really applied any new thermal paste into the pc since all shops and malls right now are closed so I'm trying to find solutions by myself currently and if anyone has a tip on how I can combat this please do, Since it'll really help me out.

I'm also using Red-sand's Throttlestop profile for the i7 850H currently and I've already looked into Hotel Hero's video for optimization as well.
here's my current temperature in idle right now as of I'm typing this.

85 degrees will not cause Thermal throttling, this is probably a photo shop settings problem
Go to Photo shop preferences and turn on "Use Graphics Processor" then go to your Nvidia control panel and make sure Photo shop is selected to use the Discrete Nvidia GPU, see screen below. If that doesn't work then reverse the process and under preferences unselect "Use Graphics Processor"

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

Make sure fans are spinning and the radiator not being clogged with dust. Besides that, it is good to keep the air intakes free, using some support to keep the laptop away from the table.

Some programs run in background and deteriorates performance and thermals more than one would suspect, plugins for internet banking are a plague in some places, for example.
Nothing peaks at the same time...

Ok so I turned both of the settings to HIgh-Performance Nvidia Processor and as of now I'm currently getting around 60-75 while the laptop is currently plugged in, What I noticed is that when the laptop is plugged in the laptop it would immediately get high temperatures and I already know the reason why that happens since while its charging its generating heat or something? but I just want to know if there's any way to get the laptop at a stable temperature whilst having it plugged in?

because if I don't plug in my laptop while I just browse the internet or do some work in photoshop my battery would easily go down in just around 30 minutes to an hour, So if there's any way to help that, That'll be much appreciated

( don't mind the max but my current temperature are at 60-75 as to what I said earlier and whilst having the charger plugged in, But if I unplug the charger it'll go to around 50-60)

I have the same problem, following this thread for any updates. I have the 2019 predator model though.
