Touch Screen issue when wanting to switch users.

 My spouse and I are both set up on our Chromebook Spin 311 (CP311-2H-C04Y).

 Instructions say to tap the icon for the user who is signing on to switch. However this only works randomly. I've had better luck tapping near the edge of the icon. This works more consistently. Usually I just use the trackpad to move the pointer over the icon and press the trackpad.
