Hello.
I have the same problem I updated bios on my A315-41G from 1.15 to latest 1.17 and it bootloops when powered from the battery. It works about 10 secs and reboots. From this state it can only be turned off by battery disconnection (hole on the bottom).
When powered from PSU, everything works fine.

Shut the machine down with battery fully charged. Remove the charger. Then press and hold the F2 key. Then turn the laptop on to enter the BIOS menu. Does the machine stay on in the BIOS menu on battery alone? Jack E/NJ

Disconnect the boot drive. Then see if the BIOS menu holds on battery alone. Jack E/NJ

I have already done it but it does not keep, it restarts anyway, this problem occurs after loading the Acer logo, long before the system searches for the operating system

We're looking for a device that's turned on during the BIOS boot process that's drawing too much power on the battery alone. Do you have any external devices plugged into any port. If yes, remove them all and try entering the BIOS menu  again on battery alone.  Jack E/NJ

Hello thank you very much, I have already accepted your answers, I did not know the dynamics of the forum well, Now I have a problem and before I start the computer I get this message.

"Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have Bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not boot without a recovery key.  Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot.  fTPM will NOT be enabled with new cpu unless fTPM is (previously initialised) you could swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and data ?  YES / NO"

I press N or Y but it does nothing, the only way is with Scape, but it is repeated at every start or restart of the computer. thanks for helping

Perhaps it's best if you start another thread. The TPM error message you posted should not result from a BIOS downdate process. Are you trying to install another OS than Win10-HP? Jack E/NJ
