Acer an515-52 Nitro 5 buzzing sound

in Nitro Gaming
There is some sort of electrical buzzing sound comes from cpu area when i set the laptop high performance mode. Sound itself isn't annoying but i am wondering if there is some problem that can damage to motherboard or anything else in laptop. Thanks!

I just bought an515-43, experiencing same "problem", there is an annoying buzzing sound on the top right side

turn the laptop to balance mode. It makes it less noisy and when you adjust the balance mode settings from the advanced settings tab, it diseppaears till you open a game with high performance mode ofc. I bought exactly the same laptop a few months ago and mine started buzzing in the topright sinds yesterday aswell the buzzing starts when I start up a game and when I go to my desktop it stops i found out that when I have low fps it stops and when its high it buzzes
can someone please help me fix it the fans are clean its a brand new laptop0
