my acer predator laptop motherboard got burned and company said it cannot be repaired under warranty , what should i do ?

  • I don't know how to help you, but I asked the moderator if this problem is covered by the guarantee or not. But I cannot guarantee you that Acer in India will perform the motherboard repair.

    ok ,,  my service centre said it cannot be replaced under warranty ,, but i want to raise question  for acer community what  if motherboard got burned as natural cause and not by human intentions , still company  won't recovered under warranty , how that come under acer warranty policy ?
    afterall its motherboard component burned or motherboard burned with  overheat or short circuit. it should be covered in warranty .

    I don't know how Acer India interprets legal warranty issues. However, I was checking it out and found this here:

    this is why i am angry indian acer warranty opt out every possible fault issue so that company dont claim it under warranty , its pathetic 
    these are the main issues taht laptop will  occur in laptop , thts why warranty is there,but indian warranty policies decline all of these major issues. 
     i was using laptop on battery backup then laptop shuts down at 0percent battery then when i plugged charger laptpp did't start .

    company saying right side of osb port is physically damage and cannot be replaced under warranty , now plz tell me how is this physically damage , i haven't put any  pen drive or anything into it ,,, i didn;t know it got damaged ,, may be due to over heating coz i playing games 24/7 on it . plz help me out and sort this damaged usb port theory , what are the possible outcomes of this damage .

    This usb port refers to the usb board and is not soldered on the motherboard. However, it is really damaged:

    I don't know how to help you. Ideally, you should talk to acer technical support in India, as I do not know how Acer warranty issues in your country work.

    i have contacted to regional manager and he was saying usb port was broken and that broken usb caused motherboard to burn short circuted as usb was attached to motherboard which leads to short circuit burn and they cannot give warranty . i dont know what is the reason of usb broken , that plastic part came  out automatically .  
    is there any hope that i get legally warranty and replace it . coz india's warranty guidelines are very pathetic

    no i didn't damaged the port physically , as i remember i am using laptop for 1year , and this is my 3rd laptop , never occur problem before like this , plastic thing came out of usb  naturally , 
    thts y i am taking efforts for  getting warranty , if there my fault i won't even post a thing over here , and service centre clearly denied my warranty . 
    and i don't know how to win against them to get warrantty?
