Predator Sense - Re-install after Buying Laptop

Hi Guys

I bought a Predator Helios 300 today and when I tried to launch the Sense software it tried to launch but with no luck. I figured out by reading these forums that the seller by re-installing Windows 10 has wiped some temporary files. I need some help and guidance to download a complete fresh install. I did go into the App section within the ACER website, I can see lots of files via BIOS, manuals etc but it wasn't obvious the file name to download, I was looking for a file called Predator Sense but couldn't see one in each of the four sections to download.

I found if I type in the serial number and not the other two types of numbers, the predator software now appears. It's been installed successfully.
