Hi, for my new job in BIOS, Boot Options, I have changed 1st Boot Device from Windows Boot Manager to Removable Device. Now I am meant to change 'Removable Device Priority' to 1st. At the moment it says [Press Enter] I haven't been successful to changing this. How do I do it?  Thanks …… then once that is done. I know this sounds basic, but how to I boot into my USB to run their progamme? I've asked them but they say its better to ask ACER.  Thank you for your help. :)

    1)change bios mode(boot mode)from uefi to legacy
2)find and enable F12 boot menu
Save and exit→turn off your laptop

Now, insert your usb keep pressing F12 key you will boot in usb

You need to enter the BIOS and enable the F12 for boot menu option. With that enabled you can press F12 before Windows starts to load and you'll be presented with a menu of choices. You pick the USB drive they gave you. If it doesn't show up let us know and we'll dig into why not, hopefully it doesn't require setting boot mode to legacy because that will break your normal Windows boot.
