Hello friends,

I have an acer E5-575G-55KK-US laptop and I would help you to find out the maximum frequency of DDR4 memory supported by this model.
For example, would you accept a 2666 Mhz DDR4 memory?

Using hwiNFO 64, I verified that the present memory is of the model:

Module Size:                                                        8 GBytes
Memory Type:                                                      DDR4 SDRAM
Module Type:                                                       SO-DIMM
Memory Speed:                                                    1200.5 MHz (DDR4-2400 / PC4-19200)
Module Manufacturer:                                          Kingston
Module Part Number:                                           ACR24D4S7S8MB-8

Current Performance Settings
Maximum Supported Memory Clock:                      1066.7 MHz
Current Memory Clock:                                         1064.1 MHz
Current Timing (tCAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS):                   15-15-15-35
Memory Channels Supported:                                 2
Memory Channels Active:                                       1

I thank you for your attention.

Any DDR4 module speed rated at 2133MHz or more should work fine and limited to douible the max 1067MHz bus speed allowed by your motherboard. So a 3200MHz DDR4 module will work too but only operate at 2133MHz (2x1067MHz). Jack E/NJ
