I bought Aspire XC 885 couple of weeks ago, after about 3 days when I I turned on the screen was blue, so I had to turn off by pressing the on button on computer, after couple of minutes I turned it on it was ok, this happened about week ago, please can somebody help me as to why that happened to brand new computer.
secondly when computer wakes up from sleep mode it asks me for pin, although I had disabled it by choosing never in sign in options
Any help will be greatly appreciated, I am not very knowledgeable on computers.

Do you know how to report the error code? Did the problem happen after some windows updates? About the pin, did you disable it here?

I am not very good with computers but i will try to explain, whenever i touch by mistake top right hand key on the keyboard (which looks like a lock ) the screen changes and when i want to go back to my old screen, i have to click an icon at the bottom right hand which looks like a small square, at that stage it asks me to enter pin, after entering pin it goes back to the screen i was on.
i want to bypass this screen asking me for the pin

I believe that key is locking the computer, similar to waiting for a sleep timeout or doing a ctrl-alt-del and then selecting lock from the menu. I believe when you have a PIN set it bypasses the suggestion egydiocoelho made. You might have to remove the PIN from your user profile.

Try this:
- Open Settings, and click/tap on the Accounts icon.
If you are using a Microsoft Account to sign in, then make sure that you verify your account on the PC. - Select Sign-in options, and click/tap on I forgot my PIN.
- Click/tap on Continue.
- Leave the PIN fields empty, and click/tap on Cancel.
- Your PIN will now be removed. You can create a new PIN whenever you want to or continue using your Windows 10 PC without a PIN.

Many thanks for your response, in sign in there is no option of I Forgot my PIN, the only option is fixing pin problems, when I click this option it takes me to a website regarding setting up pin.

I am most grateful for your kind help, I followed the procedure you mentioned leaving the pin field empty and pressed cancel, but when I go back it wont open the desktop till I create a pin and asked me to log into my Hotmail account to create pin.

Did you use your Hotmail account to setup your Microsoft sign-in account? I'd guess "cancel" aborts the change. Try setting it to something you can remember and then use it to log in.

I have Hotmail account, and I use it regularly for email,that was the account I used to set up the new computer, than I bypassed the log in details to go to desktop using netplwiz,
I also ticked never for login after sleep,but this problem is still there
