Webcam Drivers for Aspire VX5-591G-5652 in Windows 10

I decided to give my laptop a fresh install of Windows 10 without all of the bloatware I didn't need since my hard drive was full. Before I did the install, I used my webcam all the time for online instruction. My webcam quality was awesome. I had a clear picture and no lines across the screen. After I did this, everything works great except for my webcam quality. I now have lines running across the screen and my students tell me the picture is very fuzzy. I believe other people have described this as "shaky and horizontal lines" are appearing. Their problem never got answered though. The webcam is installed as the standard Windows "HD Webcam" driver. I have uninstalled it and let Windows 10 find it and reinstall it again. I have tried changing the settings within Windows 10's camera app. There is one tech out here who always asks people to go to https://pt.webcamtests.com/ and tell him or her what results they get. The picture below shows what I get when I run the detection software on the webcam. 

So where are specific drivers for my Acer Aspire VX5-591G-6562? Or are there other drivers that are compatible that are higher quality ones than the ones put out by Microsoft back in 2006? Please help me with this ASAP as I am teaching classes with my webcam multiple times daily and conducting job interviews. I do not look very professional at the moment!

    If you read the problem I described above thoroughly, I did mention that I changed the settings in Windows 10’s camera app. That was the setting I changed. Nothing was different. Changing Flicker resolution to 50 Hz did not help. Any other ideas?

    I'm not able to run the app. Windows 10 blocks the app "for my protection", even if I run it as an administrator.

    Did that battery reset exactly as stated in the video. Nothing changed.

    Before, although we do not recommend using these programs, make sure the driverbooster finds the latest drivers for your computer: https://www.iobit.com/downloadcenter.php?product=pt-driver-booster-free-new
    It is not necessary to install dashlane or game programs. Update only the drivers. I'm finding that after reinstalling windows, some drivers may not be installed on your computer. The link is reliable. Or you can update the drivers here:

    I already had Driver Booster from Iobit installed and had run it to find the latest updates previously. So nothing was found there.

    I attempted the Intel Driver Support Assistant program. It said there was an update for the Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers. First it tells me "Installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite any customized driver from your Computer Manufacturer (OEM)." When I tried to download it and install it, Windows 10 gave me an error. "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."

    Next I downloaded the GE Force Experience program and it updated my graphics card drivers. I restarted my PC and I still have the problem, maybe even worse now!

    My desktop display looks great, but anything going through the webcam is very inferior and unpleasant. Still not fixed.

    Is this problem visible in a video recording? Does the problem occur here too?

    It is visible in recordings, testing webcams, and in live streaming. It shows up in all situations involving a webcam.

    Now I saw the problem. Some lines do appear during recording. Do you have any antivirus, like norton for example? If so, uninstall it. Have you also checked whether the webcam lens is dirty or foggy?

    I only have Windows Defender at the moment. I haven’t had a chance to install anything else. No other antivirus. 

    No. The webcam lens isn’t foggy or dirty.

    I completed all 4 things suggested in the video. Once I restarted my laptop, the webcam/camera was even worse! I took out the registry edit that was done and restarted. Now we are back to where I started this problem: with it being fuzzy and lines running throughout the screen.

    On a side note, I thought at one point it might be electrical interference. I removed the laptop from around all other electrical devices and checked to see if the lines were gone. No. All still there.

    That is what I did that caused this problem. I reinstalled a fresh, clean version of Windows 10 from Microsoft.

    I think this is what you mean since part of those directions were in another language (Portuguese?).
