The blue lights are not working at all, what does this mean, only light working is the red light on the right hand side.

Doesn't necessarily mean anything. If plugged in the battery indicator will be orange or blue. If the HDD isn't being accessed the HDD indicator will not be lit. It the lid is closed both the power and wifi indicators won't be lit either unless in sleep mode. Jack E/NJ

If all the LEDs are operational, then what's the problem? Jack E/NJ

Exit your browser. Then watch the LED panel while you reload your browser. What do you see? Jack E/NJ

Nothing, just one red light as explained.

Here are the 4 front indicators + the DVD tray indcator. According to you, the only front indicator that's working is the wifi. These indicators are tiny and may have a limited viewing angle due to being set back slightly misaligned in the case holes on the mainboard. What happens if you tip the notebook when you first boot it so that the front indicators are directly in your line of siight. Do any of other than the wifi light up? Jack E/NJ

The LEDs are built into front of case so should be viewable from any angle, i removed touchpad to look inside case and definitely don't light up.

The specsheets don't show if the indicators are built into the case or into the mainboard itself. If the former, there should be cable pairs or ribbons  to mainboard connectors that may have come loose. Jack E/NJ

There are four of them, three for the mainboard and one to secure the fan, think they are same size as the case screws.
