Hello. I have had my Acer nitro 5 for about a year now, but it is suddenly not turning on the screen. The charging light indicator is on, and the keyboard lights up, but the screen wont turn on, and I cannot hear the fans. I have looked around for a solution, but the only one i have found is the battery reset, and I tried it three times, it hasn't worked for me. Would i need to retry the battery reset more, or are there other solutions?

Are you able to boot in safe mode?
Turn on your laptop then KEEP pressing F8 key you will boot in bluescreen then click on troubleshoot→advanced options→startup settings→restart
After restart press F5 to boot in safe.

If you able to boot in safe mode then click on window icon search CMD and open it as administrator

Now copy and paste this below command

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After completing above command type this command

    sfc /scannow

When both commands complete restart your laptop

I tried this, however, it would not boot in bluescreen, so i was not able to boot in safemode.
