I Recently purchased a M.2 SSD stick to install into the free slot in the laptop. Initially the laptop turned on but would not recognise that the ssd was present. I then turned the laptop back off and took out the stick and reinstalled as I figured that I may have not slotted it in properly. Now the laptop will not turn on at all. The light does not come on when plugged in either. Please help.

You didn't need to do that. Press power button and keep it pressing until it turns on also plug in ac mode the if it turns on then  you will go to control panel and search in the too right corner install a device then go to that option it will automatically install your SSD with drivers if not  install drivers from online web

I have tried pressing the power button many times and it will still not turn on. My main concern is getting the laptop to turn on before I think about installing drivers for the ssd. The laptop is completely unresponsive atm.
