1. I used serialnumberdetection tool to detect my Laptop's model which is Aspire V5-572P
2. Then I chose my laptop model and right OS on Acer product support website for drivers and 2 VGA drivers came up.
3. I tried installing the NVIDIA one but it says This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.
I've been using it for probably 5 years and I'm 100% satisfied but
Can anyone please explain why would Acer recommend NVidia driver to me if it's not compatible with my laptop?

Your machine doesn't use the NVIDIA driver, the G models have the discrete graphics and the non-G models do not. You only need the Intel driver.

Thanks for clearing things up! And what do you mean by G model? Like Aspire V5-572G instead if Aspire V5-572P? If that was the case then why is the driver there when I clearly selected Aspire V5-572P -> win 8.1 64bit?
Yes, the "G" models of your laptop era all have NVIDIA graphics and need both Intel too, if your model hasn't got the "G" then you only need the Intel Graphics driver, best to get the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

Yes, IIRC models withut the modifier letter have just the onboard graphics, those with the G have the discrete graphics, those with the P have Windows Pro installed...
